Step 2: HOTEL REGISTRATION

We will be staying at The Excalibur, and in order to get expedited check-in (without having to wait in line upon arrival), we need to provide a guest list to the hotel NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 1. Please complete the information below (even though it’s somewhat redundant) in order to get a room at The Excalibur at the group rate we have negotiated. 

Once Lois Expectations provides this information to the hotel, she will send you the instructions on how to call the hotel to give them your credit card information to reserve the booking. Your hotel room is not confirmed until you call The Excalibur and provide payment through the instructions sent to you. Lois will be on you about this step, and no one wants to see a middle-aged drag queen get upset about a booking at The Excalibur, so let's just agree that we will all do our part. 

Contracted Rates at Excalibur are: 

Friday, 2/28 - Room Rate is $80 (+taxes/fees)
Saturday, 2/29 - Room Rate is $80 (+taxes/fees) 
Sunday, 3/1 - Room Rate is $30 (+taxes/fees) 

Step 3: Venmo $150 to @fbvs2020

Under the “What’s It For” Box Write your REAL Name and FBVSLVDW.

This is a flat fee that everyone must pay, regardless of whether or not you are taking the bus. The fee holds your spot and pays for various weekend things including bus, dinner, brunch, alcohol, DJ, photographer, etc. Remember that a portion of this money will be donated to MY FRIEND'S PLACE.

YOU WILL NOT GET THIS MONEY BACK IF YOU CANCEL AFTER FEBRUARY 8TH. No exceptions. Lois Expectations has worked very hard to put this show on the road, so show some respect, mmk?

ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL 3 STEPS, YOU ARE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED.  YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOU COMPLETE ALL 3 STEPS.
